Time: 10 mins
Age: Little kids to Big kids
Difficulty: Easy peasy
You will need:
- Acrylic paints
- Sharpies pens
Step 1: Get messy and start printing
Hard boil some eggs and leave them to cool.
If you don’t want to use hard boiled eggs you can buy plastic or polystyrene eggs at craft shops to decorate too.
Dip your thumb in some paint and print it on the egg.
For bunnies and chicks make two prints, one large thumbprint and one smaller fingerprint above it.
For carrots make three little fingerprints in a row, using orange paint.
Step 2: Add details with Sharpies
Once your paint is dry use Sharpies pens to add some detail.
Draw on bunny ears, eyes and a nose.
Or draw eyes, a beak and legs to your little chicks.
Step 3: In minutes you have some eggsellent eggs!
That’s all it takes to decorate your eggs. Your thumb and fingerprints turn into little Easter creatures in a few minutes.
If you like you could keep adding and draw on some more details. These could be flowers or tufts of grass or anything you like.
