Baby banana pancakes

For baby’s first journey into the wonderful world of pancakes we wanted to give them a recipe that was free from gluten, dairy as well as added sugars. With just 3 natural ingredients our baby banana pancakes stay healthy, easy to make and super tasty!

Ingredients

  • 1 banana ripe
  • 50 grams oat flour gluten free
  • 130 ml coconut milk
  • Oil spray or cooking oil

Instructions

  • Mash the banana in a medium sized bowl with a fork.
  • Add the oat flour and coconut milk and stir to combine. If you don’t have oat flour you can blend some gluten free rolled oats in a food processor until they reach a fine consistency.
  • Spray a frying pan with cooking spray (or add a tablespoon of cooking oil).
  • Take a spoonful of the batter and drop onto the pan.
  • Cook on a low heat until the pancakes are golden on both sides. Serve and enjoy!
