Easy smoked salmon pinwheels

These smoked salmon pinwheels take 2 minutes to make and they look great spread out as a moorish party treat. As an added bonus, you can make these ahead of time, wrap them in cling-film and cut them into rolls just before serving them.

Ingredients

  • 120 grams smoked salmon
  • 150 grams cream cheese
  • 15 grams fresh dill
  • 1 lemon for squeezing

Instructions

  • Lay out a soft white tortilla wrap.
  • Spread your wrap with cream cheese leaving a one cm border around the edges.
  • Scatter a few chopped dill leaves over the cream cheese.
  • Lay a few slices of smoked salmon on top of the dill.
  • Squeeze lemon juice over the salmon.
  • Roll the tortilla up tightly and cut into sushi like rounds. Enjoy this great snack or quick meal.
