Preheat the oven to 180℃ and grease a large baking pan about 9 x 12 inches or cover with grease proof parchment paper. You can use a smaller pan for a thicker bar, just make sure you increase the cooking time slightly.
Add the oat flour, rolled oats, baking powder and cinnamon to a large mixing bowl and mix together.
In a separate bowl put the softened butter and maple syrup. Whisk together.
Add the eggs to the butter and maple syrup one at a time. Then stir in the vanilla extract.
Add the dry ingredients from step 2 to the bowl and mix until combined.
Lastly, gently stir in the chocolate chips.
Empty the batter into a baking pan and level it out with the back of a spoon.
Bake in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes until the edges start to go crisp and golden.
Allow the oat chocolate chip bake to cool thoroughly before cutting it into bars for serving. Enjoy!
