Baby purees are a great way to introduce first foods. You can start with them nice and runny and then slowly thicken them up as your baby gets older and more familiar with the concept of eating with a spoon instead of a bottle. You can feed them purees exclusively or give them bits of finger foods to handle at the same time. Go with whatever works for you and what your baby prefers.

Our step by step guide:

Wash the blueberries and pear.

Peel and chop the pear and banana into cubes.

Place it all in the blender and add enough water or baby’s milk to reach your desired consistency.
